The narrative traces back to how Mr. Lin Jian, the founder of Youpai, entered the niche market of disposable underwear. It was, in fact, a serendipitous encounter. An avid traveler himself at the time, Mr. Lin was gifted a pair of disposable underwear—then primarily made of non-woven fabric for export—by a friend. This firsthand experience revealed the convenience this small item could bring to travel, leading him to venture into the industry. He can be considered one of the earliest pioneers of this product category in China.


Disposable underwear, a product that seems to have no technical barriers, is not simple to perfect. Mr. Lins approach was to identify and tackle the core issues: fundamentally addressing product hygiene, safety, and comfort. By focusing on these aspects and continuously optimizing countless small details based on user experience, Youpais disposable underwear has stood firm in the market for decades, earning growing user trust. This user-centric philosophy is the bedrock of its success.


Reflecting on key phases of the companys development, Youpai advanced steadily step by step. Whether as a manufacturer or transitioning into e-commerce, the foundation was always product quality—not blindly following trends but aiming to set them. While competitors engaged in price wars, we chose to make better products. For instance, in 2010, we launched the industrys first sterilized disposable underwear, and in 2017, we pioneered washable and dryable disposable underwear. Product upgrades, stringent quality control, meticulous material selection, and attention to detail in every production step became our daily routine—this is our embodiment of perfection.


While some companies pursue being big and strong, we prefer to persist in being "small and beautiful," ensuring the companys long-term sustainability.
