At the beginning of the event, Professor Su Xinchun, Dean of the School of Humanities and Communication, Xiamen University Malaysia, delivered a welcome speech. Lin Jian, Chairman of Utopia, expressed his appreciation for the vibrant and youthful atmosphere of the campus in his speech. Subsequently, sharing his personal journey from his student days to entrepreneurship, he delivered a speech titled "Reconstructing Career Perceptions." He sincerely reflected on his own confusion and detours, encouraging the students present to respect their inner passion and not be swayed by the impetuous atmosphere of the outside world. He advised them to explore their interests and strengths, break away from "ivory tower" thinking, actively connect with society and understand industry needs, and systematically enhance their professional skills and bridge ability gaps during their university years to fully prepare for future career development.

Towards the end of his sharing, Chairman Lin Jian quoted the French author Romain Rollands famous saying: "The only true heroism is to see life as it is and yet love it," encouraging the students to maintain their love for life and cultivate the ability to perceive happiness in their future journeys.

During the interactive session, which was filled with a warm atmosphere, Lin Jian addressed a students question regarding the future strategic planning of Freego.
