Winter is biting cold, yet warmth lingers on. On the afternoon of December 25, the Party Branch of Xiamen U-Pack launched the winter public welfare activity themed "Warming the Cold Winter, Caring for Veteran Party Members". Accompanied by community staff and village cadres, the branch visited two families of needy Party Members — Zhou Gentiao from Tulou Village and Lin Songjin from Houzhai Village — delivering daily necessities including rice and fresh fruits as well as consolation money. This practical initiative conveys the care of the Party organization and fulfills the corporate social responsibility, letting warmth dispel the chill and hope brighten the cold winter.

Upon arriving at each household, Liao Weifu, Secretary of the Party Branch, engaged in cordial conversations with the needy Party Members and their families. He carefully inquired about their health conditions and recent living situations, and listened attentively to their practical difficulties and heartfelt wishes. At the home of Zhou Gentiao, a veteran Party Member with over 30 years of Party standing, the condolence group learned that he suffers from impaired mobility due to a stroke, and his wife also needs long-term medication. The familys livelihood mainly relies on pension. Secretary Liao Weifu encouraged them to stay confident and face life with a positive attitude, urging them to promptly inform the Party organization of any difficulties, and the branch will do its utmost to provide assistance.

During the visits, the Party Branch also briefed the veteran Party Members on the latest developments of the companys Party building work and business operations, and earnestly solicited their opinions and suggestions on the branchs work.
